It was a typical day at the office, with three women – a blonde, a brunette, and a redhead – showing up for the same job interview. Each of them went through the usual process of filling out forms and answering questions, but it was the final question that would set them apart.
The interviewer, eager to test their skills, asked each of them the same question: “How many D’s are there in ‘INDIANA JONES?'” The brunette and the redhead, both confident in their answers, replied “One.” The interviewer thanked them and promised to get back to them soon.
Then, it was the blonde’s turn. She went through the same process, but when the interviewer asked her the final question, she got a very serious look on her face. She started counting her fingers, muttering to herself, and then asked to borrow a calculator. The interviewer was taken aback by her request, but handed over the calculator nonetheless.
For the next 15 minutes, the blonde intensely calculated the answer, leaving the interviewer bewildered. Finally, she arrived at her answer: “Thirty-two.” The interviewer was stunned and asked her to explain how she had arrived at that answer.
The blonde’s response was nothing short of brilliant. With a mischievous grin, she started singing the theme song from the Indiana Jones movies, emphasizing the “D” sounds. The interviewer was left speechless, unsure of whether to be impressed or concerned by the blonde’s unorthodox approach.
