A wife asked her husband for help with cleaning the garden. But instead of lending a hand, he replied, “Do I look like a gardener?” The wife then requested his assistance with fixing the bathroom door, only to be met with a similar response: “Do I look like a carpenter?”
Frustrated, the husband walked out, leaving his wife to tackle the tasks alone. But when he returned, he was surprised to find the garden spotless and the door fixed. “I knew you’d do it all by yourself,” he said to his wife, expecting her to have taken on the responsibilities.
However, the wife revealed that it wasn’t her who had completed the tasks. “It was our neighbor,” she said. The husband’s curiosity got the better of him, and he asked how much she had paid the neighbor for his help.
The wife’s response was unexpected: “He gave me two options: bread or…something else.” The husband’s eyes widened in surprise, and he asked which option she had chosen. With a sly smile, the wife replied, “Do I look like a bakery?”
