Sophia Hutchins, Caitlyn Jenner’s Manager and Friend, Dies in ATV Crash

Sophia Hutchins, Caitlyn Jenner’s longtime friend and manager, has died following a devastating ATV accident in Los Angeles. At just 29 years old, Hutchins was reportedly thrown 350 feet down a ravine after her quad bike hit the back of a car near Jenner’s Malibu residence. Emergency crews confirmed her death at the scene, while the other vehicle’s passengers were unharmed.

Hutchins and Jenner’s friendship began in 2015 during Jenner’s gender transition, quickly becoming inseparable. Hutchins appeared on the E! reality series I Am Cait and, like Jenner, was transgender. Jenner has often spoken highly of Hutchins, calling her a “best friend” and “confidant.”

Hutchins was a graduate of Pepperdine University and the CEO of LUMASOL, a health and technology company. She also led the Caitlyn Jenner Foundation, which fights discrimination and supports transgender rights through grants for healthcare, housing, employment, and suicide prevention.

In interviews, Hutchins described their friendship as a partnership where they challenged and inspired each other. Jenner praised Hutchins’ intelligence and entrepreneurial drive, calling her invaluable. The sudden loss of Hutchins has left many reflecting on her impact and the close bond she shared with Jenner.
